udevadm info -a -p $(udevadm info -q path -n )
or
udevadm info --attribute-walk --name /dev/input/event2
or for HD
udevadm info --attribute-walk --name /dev/sdb1

or for testing rules:
udevadm test --action=add /sys/block/sdb/sdb1 #/block/sdb/sdb1 might also work

ofr info:
udevadm info -a -p /sys/block/sdb

find infos and update /etc/udev/rules.d/31-rulename
